Make your own Boursin Cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced, 1/4 tsp each of dried oregano, basil and thyme, or 3/4 teaspoon fresh. 1 stick of butter, 1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese.
Mince the garlice in a food processor. Add the butter and cream cheese. Add the herbs, process until smooth. Serve with fresh vegetables, stuff cherry tomatoes or garden sugar snap peas or it is also wonderful on baked potatoes. Keep as long as the freshness date on the cream cheese. Enjoy!!
